ALL BOWERELLA BOWS ARE CUSTOM AND HANDMADE TO ORDER WHEN YOU ORDER THEM AND ARE NOT KEPT AS STOCK. This means that I do not have a supply of completed bows ready to place in a box and ship out immediately. All orders require processing time to complete. The current turnaround time is 2 weeks or less. I am unable to give any orders priority over other orders, or honor write in delivery date requests. Please take processing time and shipping time into consideration when placing your order. Team order and Pro Shop turnaround times vary and is determined when the order is placed.
All samples, renderings, and mock-up designs are the property of Bowerella Bows and may not be duplicated without the written permission of Bowerella Bows. All Bowerella Bows bow designs are protected and all rights are reserved. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. All standard orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is an error on our part such as sending the wrong item or if an item is defective.
All custom orders requiring invoicing are subject to cancellation if they remain unpaid after 48 hours.
